Keynote Teaching with Dr. Ingrid Faro
Dr. Ingrid Faro will lead two keynote sessions on Demystifying Evil: A Biblical and Personal Exploration, helping pastors, leaders, and churches consider evil, suffering, discernment, and hope through the lens of Scripture.
Attendees will also have the opportunity to learn more about Dr. Faro’s book and participate in a book giveaway during the gathering. Register by September 14th to automatically be entered into the drawing!

Hosted by Galilee Baptist Church
This year’s Annual Gathering will be hosted by Galilee Baptist Church of Kalamazoo. Saturday morning will feature worship with the Galilee Baptist Praise Team, ministry from Galilee Baptist Church, and a message from Bishop Michael T. Scott.
We are grateful for Galilee’s hospitality as they welcome our regional family for a weekend of worship, connection, and celebration.

Conversation with Guillermo & Adria
Our final session will feature a conversation with Pastor Guillermo León Mighthy and Adria from Spirit and Truth Church in Cuba. This will be a meaningful opportunity to hear stories of faith, ministry, and what God is doing through our Cuban churches.

A discounted room block is available at Avid Hotel for Annual Gathering attendees. Additional hotel options are also listed for those planning to stay overnight in Kalamazoo.
Saturday lunch will include a Clergy Appreciation Banquet and Awards Ceremony. This special time is set aside to honor pastors, recognize ministry milestones, award clergy anniversary certificates, and celebrate faithful service across our region. Churches are invited to submit clergy information in advance so certificates can be prepared for recognition during the banquet.
Register before the deadline to receive a free Annual Gathering T-shirt featuring the 2026 verse, “Be Salty, Stay Lit” from Matthew 5:13–14. Shirts are a fun way to celebrate this year’s gathering and remember our shared call to be salt and light.
