CHURCHES

our CONVICTIONS
The theological and missional DNA that shapes our network.

Mission Driven Churches (MDC) exists not simply as an organization, but as a movement of churches, leaders, and disciples joining together in the mission of God. We believe the Church is called not merely to maintain institutions, but to participate in a Spirit-empowered movement that helps people encounter Jesus Christ, experience transformation, and live on mission in the world.
We are convinced that the future of the Church will not be built primarily through preservation, but through prayerful dependence, courageous innovation, disciple-making, leadership development, church multiplication, and deep kingdom collaboration.
As a network of churches, we seek to remain rooted in the historic Christian faith while responding faithfully and creatively to the opportunities and challenges of our time. We believe God is still calling and sending His people to bring the hope of Jesus to neighborhoods, cities, campuses, rural communities, and the nations.
Mission Driven Churches exists to help churches move further faster together in the mission of God.
the convictions that shape our network
These convictions guide how Mission Driven Churches serves, supports, strengthens, and sends churches into the mission of God.

Jesus Is Lord
Jesus Christ is the Head of the Church and the hope of the world.
03
Scripture and Spirit Lead Us
We are rooted in Scripture and guided by the Holy Spirit.
05
Multiplication Over Maintenance
Healthy churches reproduce disciples, leaders, ministries, and congregations.
07
Innovation Serves the Gospel
Methods may change, but the message of Jesus Christ remains unchanged.

Mission Shapes Everything
Every church is called beyond survival and into faithful mission.
04
Prayer Fuels Movement
Prayer is the lifeblood of the Church and the engine of renewal.

Every Person Has Value
Every person is created in the image of God and deeply loved by Him.
10
Hope Leads Us Forward
We refuse to lead from fear. God is not finished with His Church.
Building momentum
Two key ways we’re advancing the mission and moving forward - Together.

Church Planting:
Starting New Roots of Faith

Church planting is how we multiply the message of hope and invite fresh communities into the Kingdom.

New churches often reach new people, create space for innovation, and respond to real needs in their neighborhoods. Your Region Offering gift equips church planters with the tools, coaching, and community they need to thrive.

"We're not just adding churches we're igniting lighthouses of transformation.”

Church Health:
Strengthening What's Already Growing

Momentum also comes from maximizing what we already have. Through in-depth church health assessments, congregations gain clarity and courage to grow again.
These assessments lead to spiritual renewal, leadership development and community re-engagement-helping churches rediscover their mission.
"Renewal is possible and we're committed to walking with churches every step of the way.”

What Makes MDC Different
Mission Driven Churches functions less like an institution and more like a shared road. Churches remain locally led and contextually distinct yet connected through common purpose. We learn from one another, support one another, and sometimes carry one another when the road becomes difficult.

The future of the Church will not be shaped by who holds the map alone, but by who is willing to travel together — leaders who trust one another, congregations open to growth, communities willing to move toward hope even when the destination is not fully visible.
